The Pine Top Tract is a 148 acre timberland tract located off Shiloh Road in Saluda County, SC. This tract consists of 119 acres of 16-year-old pine plantation that has been thinned for the first time. The remaining acreage is mature hardwood SMZ’s along two separate creeks. As you enter the gate into the property you can get a good look at the rolling hill topography this tract has to offer because of how clean the underbrush is in the pine plantation. As you make your way towards the middle of the property the road crossed a small creek that feeds off of Big Creek from the southern border. This creek bottom separates the tract into two sections of thinned pines and offers diversity that is very beneficial to the wildlife.
